1. Registration

If a user is observed utilising proxy IPs (Internet Protocol addresses) to try to mask the usage of multiple accounts or interferes in any way with any of our services, JASB retains the right to close accounts. You risk having all of your accounts suspended if you use multiple logins to cause trouble in the community.

2. Submission of Material

You automatically give ZeniWhite Enterprise the royalty-free, perpetual, exclusive right and licence to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display the material (in whole or in part) anywhere in the world and/or to incorporate it into other works in any form, media, or technology that is now known or later developed. This right and licence is granted by your submission of any material to ZeniWhite Enterprise. Additionally, you understand that ZeniWhite Enterprise is under no requirement to publish any content you submit for any ZeniWhite Enterprise publication. It is advised that you never provide any personal information about yourself or anyone else, including your email address, delivery address, business address, phone number, or any other information that could be used to identify you. Under specific conditions, ZeniWhite Enterprise might also share your input with reliable third parties.

3. Failure to Comply

You can receive an email explaining why your contribution was rejected or altered if you don’t follow these community rules. This email will also contain a warning that your account or accounts may be subject to action if you continue to violate the rules. This action could be a temporary or permanent suspension from participating in any or all parts of ZeniWhite Enterprise, or it could involve checking any content you publish before allowing it to appear on the site. ZeniWhite Enterprise retains the right, at any time and for any reason, to remove any contribution and to take action against any ZeniWhite Enterprise account. Please do not grant ZeniWhite Enterprise the authorization specified above on these terms, please do not submit or share your contribution on the Community website.

Term of Sale

You are committing to buy a product on the terms and conditions listed here by placing an order. Order availability and confirmation are necessary for all orders. Any guarantees or representations made regarding delivery timings are limited to Malaysia’s mainland and are subject to any delays originating from postal delays or force majeure, for which we shall not be liable. Dispatch times may vary based on availability. You must be at least eighteen years old and in possession of a current credit or debit card from a bank that accepts our cards in order to enter into a contract with ZeniWhite Enterprise. ZeniWhite Enterprise is still able to reject any request you make. We will notify you via email if your order is approved, and we will verify the identity of the party you have a contract with. Usually, ZeniWhite Enterprise will do this, but occasionally, a third party may. When you enter into a contract with a third party, ZeniWhite Enterprise is not functioning as your agent or principal; rather, the transaction is between you and the third party and is governed by the terms of sale that they provide. When you place an order, you guarantee that the information you give us is truthful and accurate, that the credit or debit card you used to make the purchase is authorised, and that you have enough money to cover the entire amount.

Our Contract

An email acknowledging receipt of your order will be sent to you after you place it; this email is merely an acknowledgement and does not signify that your order has been accepted. Until we email you to confirm that the products you ordered have been shipped, no contract will be established between us. The goods covered by the contract created will only be those stated in the confirmation email that was sent at the time of shipping.

Pricing and Availability

Even while we make every effort to guarantee that the information, costs, and descriptions on this website are correct, mistakes can nevertheless happen. We will notify you as soon as we find a pricing error for any goods you have ordered, and you will be given the choice to either cancel or refund your order at the proper price. We shall consider the order cancelled if we are unable to get in touch with you. You will get a complete refund if you cancel and you have already paid for the goods.

Payment

We do a routine pre-authorization check on your payment card when we receive your order to make sure there are enough funds available to complete the transaction. Until this pre-authorization check is finished, no goods will be shipped. After the order is accepted, your card will be charged.

Discount Code

1. Account discount codes: Discount codes are occasionally given to account users; these codes can only be used on purchases made using the account for which they were registered and supplied.

2. Promotional discount codes: We occasionally provide promotional discount codes that can be used for any purchase made through this website, or for some specific ones.

Delivery

After payment has cleared, we aim to ship out orders within the next twenty-four (24) hours. For orders placed in Malaysia, it will take three (3) to five (5) working days for the item(s) to reach your door after they leave our warehouse. Depending on where you live, it varies for orders placed overseas. For additional information about shipping, send an email to daniel@zeniwhite.com to ensure that the shipping fee appears automatically, please check out as normal.

Return & Exchange

Cash refunds are not available. All items are non-returnable. Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are non-returnable and non-exchangeable

These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

Entire Agreement

All former and concurrent agreements between you and ZeniWhite Enterprise are superseded by these Terms of Service, which represent the complete agreement between the parties. Any modification to the Terms of Service must be made in writing and signed by a ZeniWhite Enterprise director in order to be effective.
